Novel Art Studio is located in Great Park Neighborhood in Irvine CA 92618. We teach in small group settings that offer plenty one-on-one attention. Our art lessons are unique, designed to expand creative minds, and encourage individuality. Through a variety of classes, we teach fine art techniques and foundational concepts-and most importantly how to be creatively. Hi, I'm Chloe, founder and lead instructor of Novel Art Studio, a boutique art academy. Novel Art Studio began in 2020 as a small creative outlet for my daughter and a few neighborhood friends during the Covid shutdown. It has since evolved into a studio dedicated to refined art education for children in Orange County CA. I hold a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Parson's School of Design in New York City. I majored in fashion design and have worked as a women's fashion designer with professional experience in New York, Los Angeles, and Milan. I also lived in Seoul Korea and these global experiences continue to influence my teaching approach. Creating has always been part of who I am. I'm rarely without a personal project-I love to paint, draw, knit, embroidery, textile arts, and more. I'm especially grateful to share this creative life with my daughter, who has been part of the studio since its beginning. We love to visit museums and galleries, with particular appreciation for The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. At Novel Art Studio, classes are intentionally kept small to provide a calm, supportive learning environment and meaningful one-on-one guidance. What makes us special is its emphasis on highly personalized instruction, a teaching philosophy rooted in excellence, and a genuine commitment to nurturing each child's unique artistic journey.
