Watercolor Painting
8yrs +
Mon 3-4:30pm
$40/class
*Materials can be provided for a separate fee.
Based on the student's skill level, the lessons will introduce/master the 4 Pillars of Watercolor(Color, Shape, Value, and Edges), and all the basic and more advanced techniques
(Wet on wet, Dry brush, Graded wash, Stippling, Underpainting,Pulling, Splatter,Gradient, Blending, Layering...etc). Students will work on individual projects to reflect each child's interests.
Watercolor painting is considered more difficult to learn because it is harder to fix mistakes and in order to preserve the transparency, the artist must be mindful of each brush stroke. It is a great idea to introduce our children to watercolor early, while they are less afraid of making mistakes. Kids also enjoy watching colors blend on canvas and gain important knowledge on how to mix to create any color they imagine.
Drawing Class
6yrs +
This class focuses on learning realistic renderings through pencil techniques. Interesting age appropriate subjects will allow students to study the effects of lighting and express details. Each child's abilities will be assessed and individualized guidance will be provided.

Arts and Crafts
This class does it all! Students will paint, draw, cut & paste, make fun holiday crafts, and much more. Each class will be different, and kids will enjoy exploring a wide variety of materials and techniques.

Guaranteed small classroom sizes require monthly enrollments. Payments must be made before the 1st of each month via Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. One makeup class is allowed per month if taken within 30days. Otherwise there are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Thank you for your support!
